Scottish Schools Cup

The Scottish Rugby Schools’ Cup is the premier knockout competition for schoolboy rugby union in Scotland, organised by Scottish Rugby.

Played annually at Under-18 and Under-16 level, the tournament brings together leading state and independent schools, with finals traditionally staged at Murrayfield Stadium in Edinburgh.

Since its launch in the 1983 to 1984 season, the Schools’ Cup has become a key pathway in Scottish rugby, producing numerous future professional and international players.
