How NGR works
Zero-sum exchange
Every match transfers rating points from loser to winner. A team's rating only rises if somebody else's falls.
Margin matters
Blowouts carry weight. Wins by 15 or more points get a 1.5× multiplier on the rating exchange.
6-pass convergence
The engine iterates across every recorded match six times, so ratings converge on a stable ordering instead of snap-reacting to one result.
